The property consists of a forest area of about 9.2 hectares, an agricultural production area of about 3.6 hectares and the housing area and support buildings of about 0.6 hectares.

The city can be reached by the A1 (Northern motorway) by the exit lanes of Estarreja and Feira, respectively. Besides A1, which intersects the territory of the municipality, other roads allow the easy access to the Council, roads such as A25, A29, A32(still not ready) , IC2 and EN224.

It should be noted that the property is only about 40km from the cities of Porto and Aveiro (about 30 minutes by car).

 

By train

Concerning the railway system, the "Vale do Vouga" railway line links to the Northern line in Espinho, enabling passengers to reach Porto, Aveiro, Coimbra, Lisboa, etc. easily.
